Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus
Gomel customs officials took part in the celebrations dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus and the 76th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from Nazi invaders.
Customs officers laid flowers at the Eternal Flame memorial on Labor Square in Gomel and took part in the republican campaign “Sing the anthem together!” on the embankment of Sozh river.

Gomel customs officers laid flowers at the memorial to the People’s Militias and the grave of Hero of the Soviet Union T.S. Borodin. Anatoly Ivanovich Ryabtsev, the deputy chief of customs, and his colleagues attended the ceremony of laying wreaths and flowers at the mass grave on the Heroes Alley, honoring the memory of those who died with a moment of silence.
