The procedure for the export of goods included in section 1.10 of the list of goods in respect of which there is a ban on the import into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from the customs territory of the EAEU
To the attention of business entities, carrier organizations engaged in customs declaration and export of goods included in section 1.10 of the list of goods from Appendix No. 1 to the decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated April 21, 2015 No. 30 "On measures of non-tariff regulation"!
We draw attention to the fact that paragraph 5 of Article 7 of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union establishes that if acts establishing prohibitions and restrictions have not identified cases and (or) the procedure for confirming compliance with them, compliance with such prohibitions and restrictions is confirmed during moving goods through the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as when placing goods under the customs procedure of release for domestic consumption or the customs procedure of export.
Thus, the decision of the Health Ministry of the Republic of Belarus on the export of goods (its copy), another authorized body (for example, the Belneftekhim concern) must be submitted to the customs authority both placing the goods under the customs export procedure and issuing a permit for the departure of goods for limits of the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.
